Relationship to Slick Terms & Conditions

These Money Back Guarantee Terms supplement the Slick Terms & Conditions, which generally governs your use of Slick’s general services, To the extent that there is a conflict between the Slick Terms & Conditions and these terms related to Money Back Guarantee, these terms will prevail.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This refers to the offer of Money Back Guarantee which is 3 months subscription refunded Slick & is open to all businesses with an active and up to date Slick subscription.
  2. The Promoter is Belle Newco Ltd  (“Slick”) whose registered office is at Northcliffe House, Young Street, High Street Kensington, London W8 5EH.
  3. The incentive only applies to the price of the standard Slick subscription package you are currently active with, and does not apply to SMS bundles, hardware or any add-ons, including but not limited to payment processing fees.
  4. Slick retains the right to update the form of incentive to customers at any time. This offer does not extend to self-referrals, or to another business in your name. We retain the right to determine whether a user qualified and has met the threshold for Money Back
  5. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
    2. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
    3. to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from promotional participation or the acceptance of an incentive except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, contractors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the users of any such failure.
  7. The incentive may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
  8. There are no cash or other alternatives available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative incentive of equal or greater value. The incentive is not negotiable or transferable.
  9. The Promoter’s decision regarding all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By activating your account, all users will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions
  11. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this scheme. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the scheme where it becomes necessary to do so acting fairly and reasonably.
  12. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this scheme. Are there any conditions for getting a refund?

  • The offer is conditional upon the User using Slick the way it’s intended for a full three months so you can see the true results of implementing the system.
  • To qualify for 90 days Money Back, you will need to
  • Attend all of your training sessions with our Sales & Education team with a minimum of 1 per month.
  • Use your full monthly allowance of free marketing texts via targeted campaigns or by setting up your Google review campaign
  • Activate your online booking by connecting Slick to your Instagram and/or business Facebook page with at least 50% of services and 50% staff available with descriptions for each service
  • Protect your business by using either no-show protection or online deposits
  • Promote your online booking with a minimum of 2 posts per month
  • The User will be assigned  a Business Coach & you agree to attend a monthly check in that will be arranged by your Business Coach

What monies do I get back at 90 days?

  • If at 90 days the User wants to cancel their account the provided the conditions above have been met then we will refund any subscriptions paid during the period.
  • This excludes any data entry fees, transaction fees via Stripe or hardware purchased by yourself.

Can I get money back beyond 90 days?

  • The Money Back Guarantee period is 90 days. After this period, non refund will be processed.
