The easiest way to fill your diary is rebooking every client - this is something of a mantra at Slick HQ!
It's the easiest way of making sure your Occupany Rate stays as high as possible, without needing to worry about attracting new clients!
How is this calculated?
The % of clients that have rebooked within X time of their previous appointment.
5. Visit Frequency
If clients are coming in once a month, that's great. If they're coming in twice a month, that's double great. And if you can do this for every single client, you'll double your money!

We don’t do contracts as standard. We believe you will love Slick so much you will never want to leave and if you do need to leave because your salon is closing then we want to be there to support & help. The only time we offer a contract is if you ask for one to lock in a price.
Slick will run on any modern iPad or desktop. All you need is WIFI in your salon and an iPad or computer. Our onboarding team will run tests during your setup to ensure Slick runs smoothly in your salon.
Yes. Client data in a .CSV or Excel file can be imported for free.
Live 1-2-1 support is free. Our industry leading team are available 7-days a week. 8am-8pm via Live Chat, email and phone.
You are free to leave at any time. You just need to complete an Account Closure form and we will even provide your client data for you in a .CSV should you need it!
